Brian C. Breidenbach, MBA, CPA, CFA
Brian C. Breidenbach is managing principal of BCAP.
A certified public accountant, Brian also holds the chartered financial
analyst designation (CFA) which is recognized as the highest achievement attainable
within the investment
management industry. Brian received his B.S. degree from Indiana University
where he double-majored in finance and real estate. He earned his MBA, with a
concentration in accounting, from Ball State University.
Brian’s experience developing and implementing solutions for a broad array of
financial, investment and wealth management issues, includes posts with the
following firms:
Hartland & Co., a Cleveland-based institutional
investment consulting firm with $8 billion under advisement.
Oxford Financial Advisors, one of the nation’s largest high-net worth and
institutional investing firms.
Humana, Inc.,
Treasury and Investment Department
Responsible for commercial paper program, investment analysis, and mergers
and acquisitions projects. |

Walter W. Breidenbach, CPA
Walter W. Breidenbach is a principal in the firm and a member of the investment committee at BCAP. He has completed all necessary coursework for the certified financial planner accreditation (CFP). Walter received his B.S. in accounting from Western Kentucky University.
Walter gained his early experience in public accounting with the Louisville office of Coopers and Lybrand. He served as controller of Louisville-based Kentucky Machinery, Inc. Later, after striking out on his own, Walter sold his interest in Process Machinery, Inc., to his co-founders, with the company having well over $12 million in annual sales, having seen a profit every year except the first.
